Designed to be used with an annually paid premium account, Calm includes atmospheric noises, music, news, podcasts, and more specifically catering to what you need mentally. From the get-go, it is personalized for what you are looking for based on a few questions asked.

Requiring a monthly or yearly subscription, Sleep Cycle is an interesting concept as it tracks your nightly sleep, offers alarms to wake you up, and gives suggestions to how you can improve your sleep.

Recording the sounds you make, your breathing, and if you move around or not, the app is able to use this data to provide you with the most accurate representation of your sleep cycle each night. For example, it can say when you were in light and heavy sleep, when you were having a nightmare, if you snored, and more!
