Refund Policy

  1. You may cancel at any time for a full refund before Call-On-Doc transmits your prescription. Once a medical provider has completed your treatment plan and sent your prescription to your pharmacy or ordered a test or completed your request, our consultation fee is no longer refundable.
  2. We strive to complete all consultations within 2 hours. However, turnaround time may be extended due to incomplete medical data, technical difficulties or high patient volume. If you need to cancel due to delays, do so timely. The consultation fee is NOT refundable if your refund request is submitted after we have transmitted your prescription to the pharmacy or completed the treatment plan.
  3. The consultation fee is non refundable if your body fails to respond to treatment or the prescription medication does not completely eradicate the symptoms or cure your condition. You may submit a follow-up consultation for re-evaluation.
