What to Do While You Wait
While waiting for your treatment plan, here are some things you should do:
Setup Pharmacy Notifications
Make sure to connect with your pharmacy and opt-in for notifications about your prescriptions. Most pharmacies have SMS or email alerts for when they have completed filling your medication(s). At Call-On-Doc, once a script is sent to the pharmacy, the fulfillment time is then dependent on them
so stay connected!
Get Your Rx Savings Card
Download our Rx Savings Card! If you are picking up your medication from a local pharmacy, screenshot or show this card to your pharmacist when paying for your medicine to check for additional savings.

Insurance Reminder
For those of you who have insurance, this is a reminder that Call-On-Doc provides itemized receipts for your visit to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you need help with this, connect with our patient support here.
*Please note you can still use your insurance at the pharmacy for your prescriptions
Refund Policy
You may cancel at any time for a full refund before Call-On-Doc transmits your prescription. Once a medical provider has completed your treatment plan and sent your prescription to your pharmacy or ordered a test or completed your request, our consultation fee is no longer refundable.
We strive to complete all consultations within 2 hours. However, turnaround time may be extended due to incomplete medical data, technical difficulties or high patient volume. If you need to cancel due to delays, do so timely. The consultation fee is NOT refundable if your refund request is submitted after we have transmitted your prescription to the pharmacy or completed the treatment plan.
The consultation fee is non refundable if your body fails to respond to treatment or the prescription medication does not completely eradicate the symptoms or cure your condition. You may submit a follow-up consultation for re-evaluation.
Top FAQs
We get asked these a lot and wanted to make sure you knew!
Q:
How do I check my consultation status?
A:
Go to your messaging board in your patient portal for messages from our support and medical providers
Q:
My pharmacy says they did not receive my medication or do not have any record of my medication, what do I do?
A:
When Call-On-Doc sends your treatment plan to you, this means the pharmacy has been sent the script as well. If you call the pharmacy right away their system may not have updated yet to reflect the medication, same as pharmacy automated call systems. Please opt in to your pharmacy notifications to get updates on fulfillment from them.
