Paying for prescription:
- Just like any doctor's office, our consultation fee does not include the medication. It's the patient's responsibility to pay for their medication out of pocket or with insurance at the pharmacy.
- If the prescription is too expensive or not covered by your insurance, send us an email for an alternative drug.

Refund Policy:
All services rendered by Callondoc are provided on a non-refundable basis once the service has been provided. You may request a refund or cancel at any time before we send your prescription. However, the consultation fee is non-refundable once we send prescription to the pharmacy.
The customer agrees not to chargeback any credit card payment for services rendered. In the event that a customer files a chargeback other payment dispute, they will be considered to be a violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action. A collection fee of not less than $150, in addition to any fees that may be imposed by the outside collection agency or its legal representation

- Pay attention to potential COVID-19 symptoms including, fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If you feel like you are developing worsening symptoms, call your local doctor.
- Consult with your local provider for more information about monitoring your health for symptoms suggestive of COVID-19.
- Stay in touch with others by phone or email. You may need to ask for help from friends, family, neighbors, community health workers, etc. if you become sick.
- Determine who can provide you with care if your caregiver gets sick
- If you are not sick enough to be hospitalized, you can recover at home. Follow CDC instructions for how to take care of yourself at home.
- If you develop emergency warning signs for COVID-19 get medical attention immediately. In adults, emergency warning signs*:
- Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
- Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
- New confusion or inability to arouse
- Bluish lips or face
