All services rendered by Callondoc are provided on a non-refundable basis once the service has been provided or prescription has been sent to the pharmacy. You agree not to chargeback any credit card payment for services rendered. In the event that a customer files a chargeback or other payment dispute, they will be considered to be a violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action. A collection fee of not less than $150, in addition to any fees that may be imposed by the outside collection agency or its legal representation

Just like any doctor's office, our consultation fee does not include the medication. It's the patient's responsibility to pay for their medication out of pocket or with insurance at the pharmacy.
